Applying for the call by the applicant (individual):

Step 1: The supervisor and all members of the research team must register with the information system (create personal account). No need to create a new personal account if you have previously created a personal account in the information system.

Step 2: The supervisor must create a proposal (Call - Announced - Create) in his personal account fill in all the necessary documents according to the tender documentation and designate all members of the research group who are planned to participate in the project;

As well as the supervisor in the section "Basic Information" must choose from the list in the field "Applicant" his last name as the applicant.

If you have not found your last name on the list, you need to “Add” yourself as an individual applicant.

Step 3: All designated members of the research group must confirm participation in the project through information system in their personal area;

Step 4: After 100% completion of all data, the supervisor signs the entire package of documents through an electronic digital signature (EDS) and submits a proposal for a call, while the information system automatically assigns the IRN to the proposal (Example of the IRN - AP08012345).

IMPORTANT: To use an electronic digital signature (EDS), you must install the NCAlayer software on your computer. Software can be downloaded for FREE by following the link: https://pki.gov.kz/ncalayer.

Before signing EDS documents the supervisor must verify that the IIN specified in his / her personal account profile with the IIN indicated in the identity card.
